FAZER D2 NISSAN SILVIA S13 Tuned Ver. Purple - KYOSHO RC
Drift specific chassis design and drift specific electronics.
True standard for 2WD Drift RC!
The FAZER series Readyset is primed for action straight out of the box, simply load a charged battery on the car and insert batteries into the transmitter. Now the long-awaited RWD drift-spec FAZER D2 model has arrived! Rear two-wheel drive (RWD) is the standard configuration for current 1/10 scale drifting R/C cars and slides over the road surface under heavy counter-steer, just like a true drifting machine. With its drift-spec RWD chassis, the FAZER D2 features different weight distribution and suspension design to the standard FAZER as well as a receiver with built-in gyro unit that automatically controls counter-steer for optimal body slide. The gyro controls both steering and throttle, allowing newcomers to drifting to drift drive like a pro. The chassis also incorporates other modern R/C drift car components such as long-span suspension arms and a high-mounted motor for easy handling and setup. Even though this FAZER is packaged as a Readyset, you can still change and upgrade parts for custom tuning and setting of the D2 like a pure R/C car. To complete the full drift machine experience, this model includes Kyosho’s ultra-scale body and a variable wheelbase that allows a variety of body styles to be mounted. Traditionally, 1/10 scale drift cars have been the domain of experienced drivers but the complete FAZER D2 Readyset package brings the thrill of drifting machines within easy reach.
Kyosho’s meticulously finished ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY’ faithfully reproduces the smallest details of the car's body including light buckets, bumpers and mirrors to create a realistic ‘action display-quality model’. The ‘ULTRA SCALE BODY PLUS’ takes this even further by eliminating mounting holes that are drilled into the polycarbonate body.
- Readyset package lets you start drifting immediately by simply adding transmitter batteries, a drive battery, and a charger.
- Customized body features original aero parts inspired by the drift scene.
- Ultra Scale Body Plus specification includes LED-compatible light buckets and finely detailed plastic scale parts.
- Newly designed two-piece wheels offer adjustable 5 mm, 7 mm, and 9 mm offsets, and feature officially licensed fifteen52 Turbomac wheel designs.
- Variable wheelbase design allows compatibility with most existing FAZER series bodies.
- Stealth body mounts eliminate visible body posts for enhanced scale realism. Conventional pin-type body mounts compatible with previous FAZER series models are also included.
- PP (polypropylene) drift tires provide excellent performance on a variety of surfaces. (Tire changes may be required if specified by certain tracks.)
- Equipped with the KS4072-06W servo optimized for drifting and the beginner-friendly G22 brushed motor.
- Standard gear cover protects the drivetrain from gravel when driving in parking lots and other rough surfaces, while also improving safety by covering rotating parts.
- Compatible with most commercially available batteries, from shorty Li-Po packs to straight-pack batteries. (LCG batteries require a separate 5–6 mm spacer, such as a sponge sheet.)
- Integrated KRG-331D receiver and gyro features both steering gain and throttle gain to assist beginner drivers.
- Motor mount includes dedicated mounting holes for optimal gear mesh, eliminating the need for readjustment after maintenance. Fine adjustment is possible via slotted holes when changing gear ratios.
- Oil-filled shocks are standard equipment, pre-tuned with drift-specific pistons, springs, and oil. Additional tuning pistons are also included.
- Suspension geometry can be adjusted by changing the orientation of the suspension holders, allowing caster angle, Ackermann angle, and roll center adjustments.
- One-piece steering links provide optimized front toe-in and rear camber settings as standard. Front camber can be adjusted by changing spacers.
- A wide range of optional upgrade parts, including a carbon chassis and aluminum shock stays, allows further performance tuning after purchase.

Drift-spec RWD chassis design with pre-installed R/C electronics and receiver with built-in gyro. Suspension and motor mount are specifically designed for drift performance.
Since its debut in 1988, the S13 Silvia has captivated driving enthusiasts with its sleek styling and front-engine, rear-wheel-drive (FR) layout. This model recreates a tuned version equipped with aggressive aerodynamic bodywork and Fifteen52 wheels. A timeless street icon, the S13 Silvia continues to bring excitement and style to every drive.
Comes with exclusive headlight covers and grille decals to create a sharp, aggressive front mask.
The model features officially licensed fifteen52 Turbomac wheels.
The newly designed two-piece wheels allow the offset to be changed to 5 mm, 7 mm, or 9 mm.
Long-span front double wishbone suspension provides plenty of steering angle with adjustable caster, roll center, and other geometry.
High mount position of the motor induces moderate roll characteristics. User-friendly G22 brushed motor is included as standard with a gear cover to prevent dirt etc. from interfering with the drive train.
Motor mount eliminates need for tricky gear backlash (mesh) adjustment. Gear ratio can be changed using the elongated hole to fit Kyosho 48P 16-37T pinion gears.
KS4072-06W servo delivers ideal steering characteristics for drift driving and works in combination with newly developed gyro unit that produces optimal counter-steer control.
Equipped with a KRG-331D receiver incorporating built-in gyro unit optimized for drift driving. The gyro assists both steering and throttle controls. Adjustments for both steering gain(sensitivity) and throttle gain(speed control) can be adjusted separately with the built in dial.
The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) is mounted at the rear of the car to optimize weight distribution for drifting. The ESC is fixed in a special tray that can be removed with a single screw for easy maintenance.
The resin main chassis is split into front and rear sections, and the connection points can be changed to adjust the wheelbase to suit the body being mounted.
Stealth body mount design eliminating external body posts and body clips superior scale realism.
Wheel hubs are decorated with dummy brake calipers and discs, dramatically elevating the scale appearance. The rear drive unit uses a spool (rigid) axle without a differential function to support smooth drifting.
Front and rear light buckets compatible with the separately sold 97054 LED light unit series. By installing the LED light unit, it transforms into a body full of real car feeling;
